	Mike Swirczynski, Owner and Executive Chef Mike was raised in the Southlake area. He earned his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas and then went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduating, he worked at the Four Seasons Resort and Club and then left to begin his own catering business in Southlake, Dueling Chefs. Mike has catered events all over the Metroplex as well as Augusta, GA, cooking at the Masters Golf Tournament each year.
	Sally Bolick-Strong, Owner and Event Planner Sally moved to Texas from Connecticut and opened Café Matthew in 1986 in North Richland Hills. Her restaurant quickly became one of the top rated fine dining restaurants we of Dallas known for great food and outstanding service. After nine years as a restaurant owner, she opened Just Catering in the Cultural District in Forth Worth in 1997, catering and planning events for many of her restaurant clientele and began building her reputation as one of the very best catering/planning companies in Fort Worth and the Mid Cities.
	Kellie Owens, Event Planner and Catering Manager Kellie is a 15 year veteran of the catering and event planning industry. Her individual approach with every client along with her attention to detail ensures that their event will be just as they envisioned.
